Grems (*1978) is an unstoppable artist, that combines art and music to push boundaries and create the unexpected while maintaining his unique style. With a prolific career spanning multiple solo albums, collaborations, music vid- eos, global art exhibitions, and graffiti murals, Grems’ unbri- dled creativity knows no bounds.
In 2000, Grems took a significant step in his artistic journey by enrolling at the Fine Arts School in Bordeaux. Despite not initially aspiring to become a full-time artist, he pursued a career in graphic design and art direction while indulging in his passion for creating illustrations infused with graffiti in- fluences. The success of his illustrations in 2006 propelled his artistic career forward, attracting collaborations with nu- merous brands.
In 2015, Grems embarked on a new artistic chapter, dedicat- ing himself to creating canvases that showcased his unique tribal style. He turned down collaborations with brands, yearning to delve into the realm of pure artistry. Transitioning from graffiti to canvas was not an easy leap, as the canvas presented new challenges and required extensive practice. Through his artistic practice the artist breaks down the bar- riers between artistic expressions and music genres, forg- ing new paths and collaborating with renowned producers and musicians worldwide. Through his raw and intuitive approach, Grems offers a fresh perspective on the world, constantly reinventing himself and inspiring change in our society.
